ILIA Beauty Corporate Office is a workplace design concept that reimagines the brand’s identity through a more expressive and vibrant spatial experience. Developed within a 6,200 square foot office environment, the project prioritizes functionality, accessibility, and employee well-being while exploring how interior design can support a refreshed brand narrative.

Building on ILIA Beauty’s minimal and monochromatic foundation, the design introduces a refined palette of soft pinks, purples, and gold accents to bring warmth, energy, and a stronger connection to its predominantly female audience. This approach maintains the brand’s sense of simplicity while elevating its visual identity through thoughtful materiality and spatial composition. Informed by research into contemporary workplace environments, the project balances collaborative and focused work areas to create a dynamic, engaging, and cohesive office experience.
